How do I search for products on your website?
Use the search bar located in the header of our website. Enter the product name or keywords, and our system will display relevant products from our catalog. You can also filter results by categories or price on the search results page.
How can I create an account?
Click the “My Account” icon in the header to visit the account page. From there, select “Register” to create a new account by providing your email address and a password. You’ll also receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Log in to your account, go to “Orders” in the My Account section, and click on your order to view the tracking details.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, visit the “My Account” section, select your order, and follow the instructions to generate a return request. Shipping costs for returns may apply.
